Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its Products Liability practice in Atlanta.

This role involves case management, discovery, medical record review, expert and witness coordination, court filings, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in products liability or complex litigation.
• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems.
• Experience handling high-volume discovery and large document sets.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign; iManage a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support through all phases of products liability and complex matters.
• Manage large volumes of case documents, records, and data.
• Coordinate discovery including collection, review, production, and privilege logs.
• Draft and assist with discovery requests and subpoenas.
• Prepare and file pleadings in state and federal courts.
• Review medical records and case materials.
• Communicate with clients, providers, vendors, experts, witnesses, and court personnel.
• Coordinate expert witnesses and maintain reports and materials.
• Conduct factual and procedural legal research online.
• Summarize deposition transcripts and organize exhibits.
• Prepare witness files, trial notebooks, and related materials for hearings.
• Provide onsite support for trials, arbitrations, or hearings as needed.
• Maintain case databases and litigation calendars.
