• Identifies and evaluates potential experts; sends expert packages for review.
• Tracks document requests and follows up on progress.
• Reviews files and moves cases forward; maintains client status updates.
• Prepares and files documents with courts.
• Enters billable time daily and maintains a 140-hour monthly target.
• Assists with discovery and trial preparation as needed.
• Remains flexible to support other duties as directed by management.
