The ideal candidate will have an associate degree with paralegal certification and at least six years of experience, with preference for mortgage-related litigation. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and paralegal certification required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six years of paralegal experience may substitute for certification.
• Experience in mortgage default, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or creditor rights litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update client websites with case milestones, status updates, and document uploads.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and status requests.
• Assist with legal research and document processing for motions and pleadings.
• Maintain accurate case information in the firm's case management system.
• Ensure deadlines are met and comply with SLAs.
