Job Description

Litigation Paralegal - Join a high-impact Main Line practice

Radnor, PA

Own the details that win cases

You’re the person who keeps litigators sharp, cases moving, and clients confident. This role puts you at the center of an established Main Line firm with a docket full of prominent, genuinely interesting matters.

You’ll support a majority civil litigation caseload, with exposure to real estate, corporate, transactional, IP, employment, and trusts and estates work.

No silo. No back office. You’re part of the team—and the attorneys will feel it every day.

If you’re an experienced litigation paralegal who loves juggling deadlines, court rules, and client contact, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Work On

You’ll be the go-to support for attorneys across a varied, fast-moving practice, including:

  • Civil litigation matters
  • Real estate matters
  • Corporate and transactional work
  • IP-related matters
  • Employment matters
  • Trusts and estates matters
  • Pennsylvania state court filings
  • Federal court filings

You’ll lean on standard office applications, with basic to intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, plus online research and filing systems as needed.

The core challenge: keep multiple complex matters organized, compliant, and on time—every time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drafting and handling correspondence and communications with clients
  • Greeting visitors and serving as a professional first point of contact for the firm
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Preparing and processing court filings in Pennsylvania state and federal courts
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting all deadlines
  • Maintaining case deadlines and updating attorneys on upcoming dates
  • Maintaining records, documenting interactions, and preparing reports
  • Keeping multiple schedules organized and current
  • Performing conflicts checks and tracking results
  • Safeguarding and maintaining office confidentiality at all times
  • Working self-sufficiently to complete tasks without missing deadlines
  • Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve office processes and workflow

What We’re Looking For

  • Paralegal Certificate (required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of related paralegal experience required
  • Hands‑on experience with Pennsylvania state and federal court filing systems
  • Ability to navigate the rules of civil procedure in both state and federal court
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a genuine sense of urgency
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Familiarity with filing systems and online research systems a plus

The Experience That Will Really Get Our Attention

You’ve been the steady hand in a litigation practice, owning deadlines, filings, calendars, and client contact with minimal supervision. Attorneys trust you to know the rules, spot issues, and keep matters on track without being chased.

You’re comfortable shifting from civil litigation to a real estate, corporate, or trusts and estates file without dropping a ball, and you bring ideas for making the office run smoother—not just doing what’s always been done.

  • Civil litigation support
  • Pennsylvania state court filings
  • Federal court filings
  • Rules of civil procedure (state & federal)
  • Client correspondence
  • Calendar management
  • Conflict checks
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Online legal research systems

Why This Opportunity?

You’ll join an established, growing Main Line firm with a caseload that’s both substantial and engaging—this is not routine volume work for forgettable files.

Your reliability, work product, and self-sufficiency are noticed and measured, with clear expectations and feedback through semi-annual and annual assessments.

You’ll be part of a collegial office that values professionalism, positive attitude, and process improvement, not just billable hours.
