Radnor, PA
You’re the person who keeps litigators sharp, cases moving, and clients confident. This role puts you at the center of an established Main Line firm with a docket full of prominent, genuinely interesting matters.
You’ll support a majority civil litigation caseload, with exposure to real estate, corporate, transactional, IP, employment, and trusts and estates work.
No silo. No back office. You’re part of the team—and the attorneys will feel it every day.
If you’re an experienced litigation paralegal who loves juggling deadlines, court rules, and client contact, we want to talk to you.
You’ll be the go‑to support for attorneys across a varied, fast‑moving practice, including:
You’ll lean on standard office applications, with basic to intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, plus online research and filing systems as needed.
The core challenge: keep multiple complex matters organized, compliant, and on time—every time.
You’ve been the steady hand in a litigation practice, owning deadlines, filings, calendars, and client contact with minimal supervision. Attorneys trust you to know the rules, spot issues, and keep matters on track without being chased.
You’re comfortable shifting from civil litigation to a real estate, corporate, or trusts and estates file without dropping a ball, and you bring ideas for making the office run smoother—not just doing what’s always been done.
You’ll join an established, growing Main Line firm with a caseload that’s both substantial and engaging—this is not routine volume work for forgettable files.
Your reliability, work product, and self‑sufficiency are noticed and measured, with clear expectations and feedback through semi‑annual and annual assessments.
You’ll be part of a collegial office that values professionalism, positive attitude, and process improvement, not just billable hours.
