I’m currently recruiting for a Civil Litigation Paralegal opportunity with a well-established boutique law firm in Exton, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal who wants to work closely with attorneys on sophisticated civil litigation matters while gaining exposure to real estate, land use, and zoning work.

The firm has a long-standing, collaborative team with very low turnover and strong opportunities for professional growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Support a team of approximately 12 attorneys alongside another paralegal
• Assist with civil litigation matters from case preparation through resolution
• Provide document management and case organization support
• Work on matters involving civil litigation, commercial real estate, land use, zoning, and related disputes

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of paralegal experience
• Paralegal Certification OR degree in Paralegal Studies
• Strong experience with discovery, legal research, and litigation support
• Commercial real estate litigation experience is highly preferred
• Land use and zoning experience is a plus, but not required

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$85,000 – $95,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
