Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a Main Line firm in Radnor, PA. You will support a busy civil litigation docket with real estate, corporate, IP, employment, and trusts & estates matters.

You’ll draft correspondence, manage client communications, and handle court filings in PA state and federal courts, ensuring deadlines are met and deadlines tracked. Strong organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of related paralegal experience.
• Experience with PA state and federal filing systems.
• Knowledge of civil procedure rules (state & federal).

Responsibilities

• Draft and handle client correspondence.
• Greet visitors and be the first contact for the firm.
• Prepare and process court filings in PA state and federal courts.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Maintain case deadlines and update attorneys on dates.
• Perform conflicts checks and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.
• Calendar management and scheduling.
