CVS Health is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the Litigation Team in support of the Healthcare Business. You will perform paralegal and administrative tasks, including subpoena processing, discovery management, and coordinating with internal and external counsel.

The role requires 2+ years of legal support experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. This is a full-time on-site position located in Clayton, NM with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process and assign matters.
• Manage subpoenas and requests for records to securely provide data.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA-related matters and admin proceedings.
• Coordinate discovery, track deadlines, and collaborate with counsel.
• Provide administrative support including travel, reimbursements and check requests.
• Prepare litigation matter reports and assist with special projects.
• Demonstrate strong analytical ability, judgment and organization.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
