Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Case management and organization of files.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records.
• Assist with insurance coverage investigations.
• Prepare and maintain damage summaries (medical, wages, property).
• Log daily mail and forward medical records to insurers.
• Draft correspondence for case management.
• Assist with settlement documents and disbursements.
• Provide regular client communication regarding case status and updates.
