The ideal candidate will have a paralegal certificate, 3-5 years of related experience, and proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with strong English grammar and professional

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years relevant work experience required.
• Paralegal certificate required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize cases and ensure timely communication with clients and attorney.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records.
• Investigate insurance coverage and prepare damage summaries including medical expenses and lost wages.
• Prepare disbursement summaries and assist with settlement documentation.
• Balance verifications and assist with subrogation lien resolution.
• Draft correspondence necessary for case management and log daily mail.
• Regular, consistent, punctual attendance and support for team members in their absence.
