Responsibilities

• Case management and documentation preparation to support assigned attorney
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records
• Prepare damage summaries including medical expenses and lost wages
• Maintain daily mail and communications with clients
• Draft correspondence for case management
• Support settlement documentation and disbursements
• Provide back-up support to team members as needed
• Attend monthly team meetings and weekly status updates
