Responsibilities

• Investigate and research facts to support assigned attorney.
• Manage cases and maintain timely communication with clients and attorney.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records.
• Investigate insurance coverage and prepare damage summaries (medical expenses, lost wages, property damage).
• Prepare and forward medical records to insurance carriers and draft necessary correspondence.
• Balance verifications and assist with subrogation lien resolution.
