Kisling, Nestico & Redick is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support assigned attorneys with case management, medical records handling, and damage calculations. You will prepare documentation, coordinate with clients and insurance carriers, and assist with settlements.

The role requires a paralegal certificate, 3–5 years of experience, and strong English grammar. The position is based in-office, Monday through Friday, with standard clerical duties and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years relevant paralegal experience.
• Paralegal certificate required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Case management and document preparation.
• Review, obtain, and organize medical records.
• Prepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage.
• Log daily mail and prepare correspondence for case management.
• Prepare settlement documents and disbursements.
• Balance verifications and assist with subrogation lien resolution.
• Prepare disbursement summaries and mail checks.
• Communicate consistently with clients regarding case status.
