Job summary

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a hybrid, full-time opportunity with our financial services client. The ideal candidate will draft and respond to discovery, support end-to-end litigation tasks, and assist with case assessment, document review, matter tracking, case preparation, and settlement execution.

This role is hybrid, 3-days in our client's South Florida office, 40 hours weekly for 6 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Experience providing end-to-end litigation support across case lifecycle.
• Ability to perform case assessment, document review, matter tracking, and settlement execution.
• Knowledge of RFPA privacy laws is a plus.

Job description

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a hybrid, full-time opportunity with our financial services client.

The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and responding to discovery requests and providing end-to-end litigation support, including case assessment, document review, matter tracking, case preparation, and settlement execution. Ideal candidates will also have experience responding to legal orders issues by federal, state, local agencies, and law firms, analyzing such for validity and objections. Knowledge of Right to Financial Privacy Act (RFPA) privacy laws is also a plus.

This will be hybrid, 3-days a week in office in our client's South Florida office. It is anticipated to be 40 hours per week for 6 months, with the possibility to extend.
