Job summary

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a hybrid, full-time opportunity with our financial services client. The ideal candidate will manage consumer and commercial litigation and pre-litigation disputes, developing strategies for an internal litigation portfolio.

Job description

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a hybrid, full-time opportunity with our financial services client.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing consumer and commercial litigation (and pre-litigation disputes) ideally with respect to cardmember and merchant claims, including litigation strategies for an internal litigation portfolio including analysis of disputes, early case assessments, negotiation and development of appropriate case resolutions.

The candidate must be licensed within at least one United States jurisdiction, and in compliance with all relevant requirements (with in-house counsel eligibility in Florida). It is anticipated to be 40 hours per week for at least 6-months, with the possibility to extend.
