LHH is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal for our client in Jacksonville, Florida. Check out the details below:

Salary is $55k-$68k/year

Fully Onsite in Jacksonville, Florida

Qualifications include:

5+ years of litigation experience in Insurance Defense, preferred
Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a litigation team.
Must possess excellent organization skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to operate well under pressure with minimal supervision.
Must be highly motivated.

Experience should include:

Assisting attorney(s) in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions; drafting legal documents such as subpoenas and pleadings
Assisting in case analysis meeting all applicable deadlines
Federal and State E-filing experience
Summarizing medical/billing records and depositions
Managing cases from inception to completion.
Software: Aderant Billing Software, a plus but not required
MS Office
Health Insurance (cost is approx. $50/month for employee coverage)
