We are seeking a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to support our Law firm client for a big case that they are handling right now.

Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Type: Full time-Permanent

Locations: multiple locations across New Jersey

We seek a Litigation Paralegals to join our clients team in NJ. If you are committed to winning, maximizing client recovery, and improving our client's quality of life, this is your place! Role will be a hybrid schedule.

The successful candidate will possess and be responsible for the following:

• Have experience supporting Prelitigation and Litigation in any practice group
• Provide administrative support to the lawyer to enhance law office effectiveness.
• Communicating with clients, law offices, insurance adjusters, medical offices, and experts.
• Manage Prelitigation and Litigation matters from start to finish.
• Assist in preparing for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Assist attorney with depositions calendaring and maintain court dates.
• Prepare disbursement of settlement funds and request checks from the accounting department.
• Meet and greet walk in clients and conduct intakes as needed.
• Answering inquiries from potential new clients (Intake coordination with New Client Team).
• Conduct research as needed.
• Maintain case status notes in our case management system.

The successful candidate will possess the following requirements:

• High School Diploma, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent.
• Possess at least five years of working experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in the personal injury or any litigation area of law.
• Familiarity with New Jersey e-courts and N.J. court rules and legal procedures.

The salary range we expect to pay for this position is between $70-80k depending on location and experience. Employees will also be bonus eligible.
