Responsibilities include coordinating depositions, drafting pleadings, managing calendars, and handling discovery with a focus on accuracy and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Insurance defense background strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of court procedures and litigation deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple matters while maintaining accuracy.
• Independent work ethic with a collaborative team approach.

• Analyze and summarize medical records, billing records, and deposition testimony.
• Organize case files, discovery materials, and exhibits.
• Track cases from intake through resolution.

Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for an opportunity to join a well-established legal team handling complex civil litigation matters?
