Qualifications

• Associate degree and formal paralegal education preferred
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or legal setting
• Experience with Federal and State Courts and e-filing
• Strong proofreading, document preparation, and legal correspondence skills
• Experience filing pleadings and maintaining litigation dockets
• Ability to manage assignments for multiple attorneys
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy

Looking for an experienced litigation paralegal who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree and formal paralegal education preferred
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or legal setting
• Experience supporting litigation matters in Federal and State Courts
• Experience with electronic court filing systems and docket management
• Strong proofreading, document preparation, and legal correspondence skills
• Experience preparing, proofreading, and filing legal pleadings and correspondence
• Strong experience maintaining litigation dockets and managing court deadlines
• Experience communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and governmental agencies
• Ability to manage assignments for multiple attorneys simultaneously
• Experience working in time-sensitive environments with shifting priorities
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining legal files and case documentation
• Experience supporting attorneys with litigation preparation and case management
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism
