You will draft documents, manage case files, deadlines, and calendar, coordinate with clients and courts, and assist with trial prep. Strong organization and 2+ years of paralegal experience required.

• Litigation Paralegal | Trust & Estates Litigation
• We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join a growing trust and estates litigation team supporting 2-3 attorneys. This is a great opportunity for a litigation paralegal who is looking to deepen their experience in a specialized and intellectually engaging practice area.
• What You'll Do
  • Provide litigation support to a team of 2-3 attorneys across all stages of case management
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and calendaring
  • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
  • Assist with trial preparation including exhibits, binders, and witness coordination
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
• What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Prior trust and estates litigation experience is a plus but absolutely not required – we welcome candidates with solid litigation foundations who have an interest in growing within this practice area
