Job summary

Jobot is seeking a sharp Litigation Paralegal to join a growing trusts and estates litigation team in Irvine. The ideal candidate will support 2–3 attorneys across all case phases, drafting documents, managing files, and coordinating with clients and courts.

Prior experience in trust and estates litigation is a plus but not required. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and a paralegal certificate or related degree

Responsibilities

Litigation Paralegal | Trust & Estates Litigation

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join a growing trust and estates litigation team supporting 2-3 attorneys. This is a great opportunity for a litigation paralegal who is looking to deepen their experience in a specialized and intellectually engaging practice area.

What You’ll Do

• Provide litigation support to a team of 2-3 attorneys across all stages of case management
• Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials
• Manage case files, deadlines, and calendaring
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Assist with trial preparation including exhibits, binders, and witness coordination
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Prior trust and estates litigation experience is a plus but absolutely not required — we welcome candidates with solid litigation foundations who have an interest in growing within this practice area
• Paralegal certificate or related degree preferred
