Jobot, a boutique Irvine firm, is seeking a sharp Litigation Paralegal for a Trust & Estates litigation team supporting 2–3 attorneys. You will draft documents, manage case files, deadlines, and calendar, coordinate with clients and courts, and assist with trial prep. Strong organization and 2+ years of paralegal experience required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Paralegal certificate or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support to a team of 2-3 attorneys across all stages of case management.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and calendaring.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Assist with trial preparation including exhibits, binders, and witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
