LHH is partnering with a well-established law firm in Milwaukee seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a collaborative and supportive team. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the chance to work closely with experienced attorneys on civil litigation matters.

You will support all phases of litigation, manage discovery, drafts, and keep files organized while coordinating with clients, courts, and outside parties. Salary up to $75,000 plus bonus, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience.
• Civil litigation experience preferred.
• Paralegal Certification is a plus.
• Caret Legal experience is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
• Assist with discovery, case management, and trial preparation
• Draft correspondence and legal documents
• Maintain organized case files and litigation records
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and outside parties

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of paralegal experience
• Civil litigation experience preferred
• Paralegal Certification is a plus
• Caret Legal experience is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills
