Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Hartford, CT, seeks a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The role is onsite initially with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office after training.

Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, assisting with discovery and trial prep, and supporting with subpoenas and exhibits. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of litigation experience or exposure.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Preparing legal documents and filings.
• Assisting with creating presentations for cases.
• Conducting legal research to support matters.
• Assisting with discovery and trial preparation.
• Preparing, serving, and tracking subpoenas.
• Preparing exhibits, witness materials, and binders.
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
