Location: Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys being closely connected with attorneys, clients, and the litigation team.
Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience, including significant North Carolina and/or South Carolina litigation experience, and be able to work on-site in Charlotte.

Job Description
- Manage and support plaintiff personal injury matters throughout the litigation process.
- Draft and file complaints, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Coordinate written discovery, document production, deadlines, calendars, and scheduling.
- Assist attorneys with motions, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Prepare medical summaries, case chronologies, exhibits, and trial notebooks.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients throughout their cases.
- Maintain accurate case files while handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Keep cases moving forward by proactively tracking deadlines, priorities, and next steps.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
- Significant North Carolina and/or South Carolina plaintiff-side litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of discovery, pleadings, litigation deadlines, and trial preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, judgment, and time management.
- Ability to communicate with empathy while confidently handling challenging client situations.
- Self-starter who can manage priorities and hit the ground running.
- Typing speed of approximately 50+ WPM preferred.
