Job summary

Confidential Employer, a respected personal injury law practice in Campbell, CA, seeks a litigation paralegal to support attorneys across all phases of PI cases and manage case materials. The role requires hands-on discovery and strong client communication in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys, gain exposure to case strategy, and transition to a hybrid schedule after onboarding. A bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly relevant personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury procedures and legal document preparation.
• Hands-on discovery experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation.
• Prepare, draft, organize, and file pleadings, legal documents, and case materials.
• Manage and maintain case files, discovery, deadlines, calendars, and documentation.
• Assist with discovery, research, case preparation, and trial support.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
• Keep cases moving by tracking deadlines and organizing documents.

• Help keep cases moving efficiently by tracking deadlines and ensuring critical documents and information are organized and accessible.
• Work closely with attorneys and the broader legal team to provide reliable day-to-day litigation support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly relevant personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury litigation procedures and legal document preparation.
• Hands-on discovery experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
