• There is no required course of study for this position, but students pursuing Business Administration, Legal Studies, Political Science, Public Policy Information Management, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or related discipline majors may be the best fit for this position.
• Seeking high performing student with strong GPAs of 3.000+.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Interest in litigation, legal operations, risk management, compliance, or corporate law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with records, data, or document-intensive projects
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys and paralegals in managing litigation matters and legal projects
• Maintain legal records, matter information, and reporting within legal management systems
• Assist with document management, discovery activities, legal holds, and records retention
• Coordinate legal communications, correspondence, and information requests
• Support outside counsel administration, budgeting, invoice processing, and matter tracking
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports, presentations, and summaries
• Collaborate with legal, business, and functional teams on litigation-related activities
• Participate in legal operations, process improvement, and special project initiatives
