Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
Location: North County San Diego (remote candidate must be within driving distance)

Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and trial materials
- Electronic‑file and serve documents in California state and federal courts
- Manage attorneys’ calendars, deadlines, and case tracking
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and litigation events
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with court rules
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of current civil litigation legal secretary experience
- Strong experience supporting insurance defense litigation
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously
- Proficiency with California state and federal e‑filing systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
- Must be located within driving distance of North County San Diego
