Job summary

McGinn Montoya Love Curry & Sievers seeks a paralegal to support a high-performing litigation team in complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will assist with intake through trial, coordinate case management, and help prepare pleadings, discovery, and medical records.

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong MS 365 and Adobe PDF skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent benefit and profit-sharing package available; Spanish speaking helpful.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years relevant experience – medical malpractice, personal injury preferred
• Solid abilities in MS 365 suite, Adobe PDF
• Must be able to work in a busy, fast-paced litigation practice
• Have strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Assist paralegal with all aspects of case management
• Scheduling
• Prepare, file and organize pleadings
• Index and organize discovery and production
• Request medical records and bills
• Assist in trial preparation and at trial
