Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support the litigation team with case management, trial preparation, and e-filing in state courts. The role handles calendar maintenance, deposition scheduling, and document drafting with close attorney direction.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, and experienced with Microsoft Office and FileVine. Prior personal injury litigation exposure is a plus. Authorized to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation or paralegal experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Familiarity with discovery process preferred.
• Experience e-filing in state court preferred; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the Litigation team with day-to-day case management and trial preparation.
• Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties for litigation matters.
• Maintain attorney calendars and track deadlines and case events.
• Schedule depositions, pre-depositions, mediations, meetings, and hearings.
• E-file legal documents through the State E-Portal System and assist with other filings.
• Assist attorneys with deposition, hearing, and conference preparation.
• Draft basic pleadings, motions, affidavits, subpoenas, and other litigation materials under attorney direction.
• Send correspondence by email, regular mail, and certified mail.
