The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with legal software, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with state, federal, and appellate calendars.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience filing complex motions.
• California court filings experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Format pleadings and correspondence.
• File and e-file documents in courts.
• Prepare Table of Contents and Table of Authorities for motions.
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and conferences.
• Docket case deadlines and manage calendars.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw.
• Assist with trial preparation and travel arrangements.
• Support attorneys with daily administrative tasks.
• Organize documents and file management.
