The role involves a wide range of administrative duties to keep attorneys organized and efficient. The ideal candidate has at least four years in litigation support, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience in a legal assistant role.
• Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answers and directs telephone calls promptly, taking messages and following up when necessary.
• Prepares and tracks packages and mail sent using best delivery method.
• Calendars applicable deadlines and monitors all attorney calendars daily, while keeping up to date with upcoming deadlines.
• Provides files and other materials necessary for any attorney meetings, court appearances, etc.
