Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal supporting a litigation practice.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe applications.
• Familiarity with CM/ECF, Odyssey, and other electronic filing systems.
• Experience with e-discovery, ESI, and document management systems.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local rules of court in Oregon and Washington.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and document management skills.
• Solid interpersonal communication skills for client relationships.
• Familiarity with trial presentation software.
• Familiarity with basic insurance concepts and terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Formatting and drafting correspondence and pleadings, proofreading and editing.
• Calendaring and case management.
• Electronic filing of pleadings and other documents in state and federal trial courts in Oregon and Washington.
• Data entry and document management.
• Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and trial.
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses and the courts.
