Job Description
- Provide daily administrative support to multiple litigation attorneys, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and time entries
- Prepare, revise, proofread, and format legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
- File documents electronically in state and federal courts (including PACER and NYSCEF or equivalent e-filing systems)
- Manage case files, including opening new matters, organizing case materials, and maintaining electronic and physical files
- Track litigation deadlines and manage attorney calendars to ensure timely filings and court appearances
- Coordinate meetings, depositions, and conference calls with internal teams, clients, and opposing counsel
- Prepare expense reports and process invoices for attorney reimbursements and vendor payments
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

- 4+ years of legal administrative experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably with a litigation focus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
- Familiarity with litigation e-filing systems (e.g., PACER, CM/ECF, state e-filing platforms)
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and litigation procedures
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative legal support team
