We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant – Life Insurance (Remote or NYC)

Location: Remote (U.S.) or New York City Office

Full-Time | 5+ Years Experience in Life Insurance Operations

Gaber Group, part of HTK and Penn Mutual, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in life insurance new business and client service, who understands the intricacies of trust-owned and business-owned life insurance.

What You’ll Do:

Manage all aspects of new business — from application to policy delivery

Support complex life insurance cases involving trusts and corporate ownership

Provide white-glove client service — including policy changes, premium tracking, and annual reviews

Handle administrative updates (beneficiary, address, ownership, etc.)

Liaise with insurance carriers, attorneys, CPAs, and trustees

Track outstanding requirements and keep internal systems updated

Ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of life insurance operations, case management, or BGA support

Deep knowledge of TOLI/BOLI and carrier processes

Exceptional attention to detail and client service mindset

Experience at a carrier, BGA, or insurance producer group/team

Strong communication and organizational skills

Life & Health license or Series 6/63 a plus
