Qualifications

J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
8+ years of hands-on litigation experience at a large law firm or equivalent.
Strong understanding of litigation workflows and authority.
Ability to distill complex litigation work into concise guidance and lead cross-functional work.
Hands-on use of generative AI in litigation and awareness of its limits.

Responsibilities

Curate and maintain knowledge management assets and precedents.
Capture lessons from matter teams and develop usable resources.
Oversee matter profile data to support reporting and insights for leadership.
Map workflows and identify pain points to improve processes with data and AI.
Translate practice needs into clear requirements for technical teams; gather lawyer feedback.
Support adoption of AI tools and AI-enabled workflows within Litigation.
