• Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary KM & Innovation team across offices and locations
• Collaborate with practice leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption of knowledge-sharing, AI-enabled practices, and process improvements
• Oversee quality standards for KM assets (precedent libraries, playbooks, matter insights) and govern AI-enabled platforms
