Latham & Watkins seeks a Knowledge Management Lawyer for the US AI/Copyright Litigation Practice. The role oversees creation, organization and delivery of substantive knowledge assets, and tracks evolving law and regulations.

Qualifications

• Substantive knowledge of or interest in copyright law and/or AI-related litigation.
• Ability to work independently and deliver on a timely basis.
• Strong interpersonal and professional interaction skills across all levels of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Identify, collect, and organize work product for the Practice, including anonymizing AI/copyright materials.
• Monitor AI and copyright activity, regulations, and actions.
• Draft and maintain client-facing materials and internal best-practice resources.
• Develop training materials and provide training to attorneys on KM resources.
• Respond to queries and support AI/copyright lawyers in client and industry engagement.
