• 3+ years of litigation experience at a law firm; experience with risk management or loss-prevention is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage disputes and pre-litigation matters from investigation through resolution.
• Draft and respond to demand letters and related correspondence.
• Interact with outside counsel, opposing counsel, and firm personnel.
• Manage document collection and review and oversee litigation holds and document preservation.
