Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is seeking a Senior Paralegal for the Litigation group to support attorneys in complex civil and technology matters, primarily in California offices such as San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Diego, and Los Angeles. This hybrid/mostly remote role focuses on fact gathering, pleadings, discovery, and trial support.

The role requires 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience, a college degree or paralegal certificate, and strong Google Workspace proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering and compiling support documents for filings.
• Prepare and file pleadings and court documents in various jurisdictions.
• Bluebook formatting, cite-checking, and Shepardizing case law.
• Familiarity with civil procedures and court rules.
• Conduct docket and legal research using Lexis, Westlaw, SEC, PACER.
• Manage discovery materials and supervise eDiscovery vendors.
• Support AI-assisted workflows and adapt to new tools.
• Coordinate hearing/trial preparation and logistics.
• Interact with clients, experts, counsel, and court staff.
