Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering and compiling support documents for filings.
• Prepare and file pleadings and court documents across jurisdictions.
• Assist with Bluebook formatting, cite-checking, and Shepardizing.
• Familiarity with civil procedures and court rules.
• Perform docket and legal research in Lexis, Westlaw, SEC, PACER, and related resources.
• Coordinate discovery materials and supervise vendor work.
