A well-regarded law firm is seeking a Discovery Staff Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of eDiscovery experience to join its collaborative and tech-forward team. This is a non-partnership track role offering the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders in a flexible hybrid setting.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all aspects of the discovery process: document collection, hosting, review, and production
• Develop and implement discovery and compliance strategies across the full discovery lifecycle
• Advise clients on best practices in eDiscovery, data privacy, and information governance
• Leverage advanced tools and AI technologies to streamline large-scale data review and production
• Draft and respond to discovery-related pleadings and motions
• Provide training and oversight to junior attorneys, review teams, and staff
• Stay ahead of evolving eDiscovery laws and trends

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on eDiscovery experience, ideally in a law firm setting
• Strong track record of managing high-volume discovery projects and teams
• Deep familiarity with tools like Relativity, Concordance, and other discovery platforms
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• A proactive, client-service mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
