Key Responsibilities:

  5. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and service.
  6. Stay current with procedural rules and case law relevant to assigned matters.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law (in good standing) in California.
  • Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably focusing on defense-side matters.
  • Experience handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable using case management software and working in a paperless environment.

What We Offer:

  • Fully remote work opportunity.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Generous paid vacation and holiday time.
  • A positive, team-oriented culture with ongoing mentorship and professional development.
