Brown Rudnick seeks a highly qualified attorney to join our Real Estate group as Leasing Counsel. The Firm’s Real Estate group is a prominent figure in the world of retail leasing, representing many national and global retailers and landlords in transactions throughout the United States.
The ideal candidate for this role should have substantial experience (5-10 years or more) in negotiating retail leases. In-house retail leasing experience will be a plus. Leasing experience in other asset classes (such as office, lab and industrial) and any background in transactional real estate work will be beneficial as well.
This position can be based in any of our U.S. offices and will be paid hourly. We expect approximately 1600 billable hours per year. Remote work and flexible arrangements (including part time) may also be available for the right candidate.
