Insurance Defense Attorney - Law Firm (Remote in California)

Are you an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney looking to take your career to the next level? Our dynamic law firm in LA is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney with a proven track record to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload of complex insurance defense cases, including personal injury, premises liability, and other areas as needed.
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies, working closely with clients and insurance carriers.
• Conduct all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
• Analyze insurance policies and coverage issues.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and insurance carriers.

Qualifications:

• 2-10+ years of experience in insurance defense.
• Proven track record of success in litigating insurance defense cases.
• Strong knowledge of insurance law, claims handling, and litigation procedures.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
