We’re working with a fast-growing trading card marketplace looking for a Litigation Counsel to own commercial, consumer and IP disputes.
You’ll work closely with Legal, Risk and Product, managing active litigation while helping the business identify risk and prevent disputes before they escalat.
You’ll join a growing legal function where litigation has significant visibility across the business. The role combines hands-on litigation, outside counsel management, consumer disputes, IP protection and legal risk strategy.
Experience across fintech, wealthtech, payments, marketplaces, consumer technology, gaming, digital assets or other regulated technology businesses would translate well.
Experience with consumer arbitration, consumer protection, regulatory disputes, online brand enforcement or high-volume consumer claims would also be valuable.
You’ll have the opportunity to own matters end-to-end, work directly with senior stakeholders and help shape a growing litigation function.
It’s ideal for someone who enjoys litigation but wants to be closer to the commercial decisions behind disputes and the work that prevents them from happening again.
And let’s face it, litigation for a trading card marketplace is a little more interesting than the average docket.
