Qualifications

• Exposure to hearings/arbitrations/trial preparation

We are seeking a junior-to-midlevel Litigation Associate to join a collaborative practice handling sophisticated commercial and complex disputes. We work in lean teams, giving associates meaningful responsibility and direct involvement in case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

We are looking for a smart, hardworking attorney with strong litigation fundamentals who is ready to take greater ownership of matters. We welcome candidates from large, midsize, regional, and boutique firms and place particular value on hands-on experience, sound judgment, and a stable career history.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial and business disputes through multiple stages of litigation

• Experience preparing for and preferably taking or defending depositions

• White-collar defense, internal investigations, government enforcement, or real estate litigation experience is helpful but not required
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

Requirements

• JD or LLM from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in the State of California, or ability to waive in
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSound judgment and strong attention to detail
