Primus Search Ltd. is assisting a nationally recognised litigation boutique in recruiting a Commercial Litigation Associate/Counsel for its California practice in San Francisco.

The role welcomes associates (3+ years) through counsel level, with a focus on sophisticated business disputes, class actions, and high-stakes litigation. You will handle complex matters, own significant responsibilities, take depositions, draft motions, and collaborate with partners on high-profile cases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong motion practice and deposition experience.
• Experience managing substantive portions of litigation matters.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• California Bar admission (or eligibility for prompt admission).
• Interest in building a long-term litigation practice in California.
• Federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

About the Opportunity

A nationally recognised litigation boutique is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing California practice. This role is open to talented associates (3+ years of experience) through counsel-level attorneys.

The firm handles sophisticated business disputes, class actions, partnership disputes, trade secret matters, fiduciary litigation, and other high-stakes commercial litigation for leading companies, founders, private equity sponsors, and high-net-worth individuals.

What You'll Do

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters through all phases of a case.
• Take ownership of significant litigation responsibilities including:

• Federal judicial clerkship experience is a significant plus.
