Key Responsibilities

• Represent businesses in commercial and civil litigation.
• Handle contract disputes, business-related claims and other commercial matters.

• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions and substantive legal memoranda.
• Manage written discovery and take or defend depositions.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide practical advice to clients.
