You will manage moderate to high-exposure claims, collaborate with counsel and underwriters, and communicate clearly with customers while ensuring compliance and timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in claims or insurance.
• Must obtain and maintain adjuster licenses.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigated claims from start to finish with focus on quality and service.
• Partner with internal and external counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals.
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
